Anya Volz was born in Vermont but now lives in New York City. People from all across America describe her stand-up as funny and surprising and not at all preposterous. After 16 she decided to leave the school in order to focus on acting full time. Taylor-Joy has always known her goal was to become an actor. She achieved this when Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, offered Taylor-Joy the opportunity of modeling.
