Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and everything between. At the age of 1 year old My family and I came into America. If not because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not even be here today sharing the journey with the world. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. I believed that my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from university, be offered a corporate position, be married, and then start an family. I figured that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to demonstrate what success meant. The money and the status of my work did not make me happy. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn an income. While I moved to a new path in life I realized that personal training was my passion. I have a love of exercise and enjoy working with people and help people. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success this year, 2021. There are few Asian women in the industry. Within the field of coaching, I want to be a positive influence by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and more content. Also, I'm dedicated to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, follow their interests and lead the life of your dreams. As I started my job, the passing of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. Her eight-year battle was won. struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. We can learn a lot from life, even though it may be difficult to spot it in the moment. Her passing has changed my life in several ways. I believe my death provided me with an opportunity to begin a new chapter. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I got my second chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories as well as my words. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is necessary and is normal. The health of a person is the most important wealth. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets as dying is the only thing promised to all of us during our lives.
