Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films typically horror films and martial arts. Similar the character of The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. After earning some recognition through the channels on Channel Awesome (under her previous username Obscurus Lupa) and began her review films in the latter half of 2009. The website was her home from 2009 until the year 2015 which is when Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. The host hosts two podcasts on the channel. Both are based on the Charmed series, and are hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also starred her. She's appeared in Brad Jones' show Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing terrible children's films as well as RiffTrax Live Shows, as well occasionally adult-oriented comedies (such such as Baywatch 2017.). Then, in the latter half of 2009, she started reviewing films, and began to gain a following on forums like the Channel Awesome forums. She was then accepted into the network's family of movie critics. She has appeared on a variety of Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She was a member in Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker as well as frequently appear on the episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
